With volunteer sign up/in sheets, the name of the game is legibility.
We designed these sheets to enable just that…

They are PDF files. (you will need the Acrobat Reader)
(Choose with or without the address field)

After your event please do one of the following:

Email data (or scanned sheets) to data@nyobama.com (preferred!)
Arrange to drop off sheets with a member of our data entry team by emailing data@nyobama.com

We will enter all sign ups in our database, but also coordinate them getting into the official campaign database as well
